Summary

Provides that an individual may not profess to be a certified music therapist unless the individual holds and maintains the credentialing administered by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). Provides that an individual who practices music therapy without the CBMT credentialing commits a Class B misdemeanor. Makes a technical correction.
