Amend
the Senate Finance Committee substitute to SB 332 (LC 33 4552S) by striking
lines 35 and 36 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

general circulation in the boundaries of such local government
and in a
prominent location on the local government website, if such local government
maintains a website, a simple,
nontechnical report which shows for each
