Incorporating by reference certain calculations of the Florida Education Finance Program; extending the date by which the Florida Polytechnic University must meet certain criteria established by the Board of Governors; authorizing the Agency for Health Care Administration to make Medicaid payments to qualifying Florida cancer hospitals if certain conditions are met; requiring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to contract with an independent consultant to conduct a study of transportation disadvantaged services, etc.
