Summary

Providing that a specified percentage of the cigarette tax, up to a specified amount, be paid annually to the Florida Consortium of National Cancer Institute Centers Program, rather than the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute; providing that certain fees deposited into the Medicaid nursing home overpayment account in the Grants and Donations Trust Fund may be used by the agency for enhanced payments to nursing facilities as specified in the General Appropriations Act or other law; expanding eligibility for long-term care services to include hospital level of care for certain individuals diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, etc.
