Amending section 8-544, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to children.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 8-544, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE8-544.  Termination decrees of other states

When IF the relationship of parent and child has been terminated by A judicial decree in another state, such the decree shall have has the same force and effect as to matters within the jurisdiction of this state as though it had been granted by a court of this state. END_STATUTE
