Bill Title: Reservist scholarship program. Establishes the armed forces reservist tuition scholarship program fund to provide scholarships to certain individuals actively serving in a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States. Provides that the commission for higher education may use money appropriated to the commission for any other purpose to award scholarships under the armed forces reservist tuition scholarship program.
