Summary
Provides that a person who, with the intent to damage or interfere with an employer's business or to persuade or attempt to persuade an employee to leave employment with an employer: (1) seeks or obtains employment; (2) conspires with another person to seek or obtain employment; or (3) directs another person to seek or obtain employment; with the employer commits a Class A misdemeanor.
