Summary
Requires the State auditor to conduct a financial and management audit of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and issue a report no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2012. Requires the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to reimburse the auditor for the cost of the audit from general funds.
