Summary

Repeals or reclassifies non-general funds of the University of Hawaii pursuant to recommendations of the auditor. Transfers the unencumbered balances of repealed funds to the general fund. Transfers authority to the chancellor of the University of Hawaii at Hilo to expend funds from the conference center revolving fund. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD1)
