Summary

Makes it a criminal violation for a person to: (1) provide false information regarding COVID-19 vaccination status to certain entities; (2) use falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status; (3) manufacture, distribute, disseminate, issue, sell, offer for sale, import, or offer to import into this State falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status or a blank or incomplete COVID-19 vaccination status verification document or code. Effective 7/1/2050. Repeals on 6/30/2023. (HD2)
