AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO ALLOW SUNDAY HUNTING ON PRIVATE LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to allow hunting on Sundays on private land provided such hunter has the written permission of the land owner.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to determine if hunting is allowed on Sundays on private land within their boundaries.
