AN ACT CONCERNING FULL STATE REIMBURSEMENT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION COSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to increase state reimbursement for the cost of special education to towns to one hundred per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce towns' property tax burden by providing for one hundred per cent state funding of special education costs.
