CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2023–2024 REGULAR SESSION
Senate Bill
No. 1486
Introduced by Senator Dahle |
February 16, 2024 |
An act to amend Section 669 of the Civil Code, relating to property.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
SB 1486, as introduced, Dahle.
Property ownership.
Existing law provides that all property has an owner, whether that owner is the state, and the property is public, or the owner is an individual, and the property is private.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
