An Act
amending title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 38-451; relating to official acts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-451, to read:
38-451. State elected officials; report; present in office; applicability
A. A state elected official shall publicly post a QUARTERLY report on the state elected official's website listing the number of days the state elected official was physically present in the office each month.
