A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to dangerous wild animals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 23, 2016, authorized under the authority of section three, article thirty-four, chapter nineteen of this code relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (Dangerous Wild Animals, 61 CSR 30), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Dangerous Wild Animals.
