A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to West Virginia Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 27, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-23-7 of this code, modified by the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 31, 2019, relating to the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners (WV Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners, 18 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to WV Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners.
