A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners in Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to marriage and family therapist fees rule.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Counseling.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-31-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Counseling to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 13, 2021, relating to the Board of Counseling (Marriage and Family Therapist Fees Rule, 27 CSR 09), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Marriage and Family Therapist Fees Rule.
