Summary

The purpose of this bill is to increase the number of limited video lottery terminals located in a retail outlet from five to seven and in fraternal and veterans’ organizations from ten to twelve. The Commission is to conduct a bid process on or before September 1, 2017 for permits expiring June 30, 2021. The bid process is only open to current permit holders.
