Summary
The purpose of this bill is to permit members of the Teachers Retirement System to purchase service credit, for teaching previously performed in West Virginia, at any time up until the time of retirement. The amount of prior service to be purchased is limited to the lesser of 10 years or 50% of total service at the time of retirement.
