Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide that inspections of primary and secondary schools by local boards of health may be reported to the principal of the school, the county superintendent and the president of the county school board, or to persons of like responsibility in the case of a private, parochial, church or other school operated by a religious order. The bill also authorizes the Commissioner of the Bureau for Public Health to promulgate and establish standards for these inspections.
