Summary

The purpose of this bill is to direct the Commissioner of the Division of Highways to promulgate rules providing for a limited, one-time period whereby individuals who have unpaid traffic violations, other than serious traffic offenses, may make a one-time payment of all outstanding violations at a reduced rate.
