CHAPTER 249 An Act to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 219 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, as amended by Chapter 647 of the Acts of Assembly of 2012 and by Chapter 449 of the Acts of Assembly of 2015, relating to financing the Uninsured Employer's Fund established under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act. [H 82] Approved March 9, 2018

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 219 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, as amended by Chapter 647 of the Acts of Assembly of 2012 and by Chapter 449 of the Acts of Assembly of 2015, is repealed.
