Summary

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that veterans deserve the health and living standards they fought to protect. Calls on the people of the United States to not ignore veterans returning to the United States who are unable to maintain the proper health and living standards they fought to protect for others. Recognizes that: (1) finding every veteran a home is the right thing to do and a necessary step toward repaying the debt that U.S. citizens owe the men and women of the Armed Forces, and (2) that debt requires the realization of a decent home and a suitable living environment for veterans. Expresses a commitment to ending veteran homelessness.
