Summary
Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the text of any legislation that will be marked up at a meeting for the markup of legislation by a committee to be publicly available in electronic form at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting. Amends Rule XI (Procedures of Committees and Unfinished Business) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the text of any legislation that will be marked up at a committee meeting to be publicly available in electronic form at least 72 (currently, 24) hours before the commencement of the meeting.
