WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal | ||
milestones, and Peter Christopher Wallace is participating in that | ||
joyful occasion with his graduation from Stephen F. Austin High | ||
School in Austin on May 30, 2023; and | ||
WHEREAS, Although the members of the Class of 2023 will soon | ||
go their separate ways, the time that they have shared at Stephen F. | ||
Austin High has created a lasting bond, and the knowledge and | ||
experiences that Mr. Wallace has gained there will forever enrich | ||
his life; and | ||
WHEREAS, The son of Margaret Frain Wallace and Darrel | ||
Wallace, Peter Wallace has distinguished himself as a member of the | ||
football and water polo teams at Austin High, and he represented his | ||
school in the University Interscholastic League Regional | ||
Semi-Finals in water polo, as well as on the All-District 2nd Team; | ||
he plans to continue his education at Austin Community College; and | ||
WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this | ||
outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family and | ||
friends in recognizing him as he embarks on a future bright with | ||
promise; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 88th Texas Legislature | ||
hereby congratulate Peter Christopher Wallace on the occasion of | ||
his high school graduation and extend to him sincere best wishes for | ||
continued success and happiness; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for Mr. Wallace as an expression of high regard by the | ||
Texas Senate. |
