| WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal | ||
| milestones, and Peter Christopher Wallace is participating in | ||
| that joyful occasion with his graduation from Stephen F. Austin | ||
| High School in Austin on May 30, 2023; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Although the members of the Class of 2023 will | ||
| soon go their separate ways, the time that they have shared at | ||
| Stephen F. Austin High has created a lasting bond, and the | ||
| knowledge and experiences that Mr. Wallace has gained there will | ||
| forever enrich his life; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The son of Margaret Frain Wallace and Darrel | ||
| Wallace, Peter Wallace has distinguished himself as a member of | ||
| the football and water polo teams at Austin High, and he | ||
| represented his school in the University Interscholastic League | ||
| Regional Semi-Finals in water polo, as well as on the | ||
| All-District 2nd Team; he plans to continue his education at | ||
| Austin Community College; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this | ||
| outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join his family | ||
| and friends in recognizing him as he embarks on a future bright | ||
| with promise; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th | ||
| Legislature, hereby congratulate Peter Christopher Wallace on | ||
| the occasion of his high school graduation and extend to him | ||
| sincere best wishes for continued success and happiness; and, be | ||
| it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Wallace as an expression of high regard from the | ||
| Texas Senate. | ||
