Bill Title: As introduced, specifies that no execution or other process for enforcement of a foreign judgment may issue until 45, instead of 30, days after the date a summons has been served upon the judgment debtor; removes requirement that a court in this state must stay enforcement of a foreign judgment for an appropriate period if the judgment debtor shows the court any ground upon which enforcement of a judgment of any court of this state would be stayed. - Amends TCA Title 26, Chapter 6 and Title 29.
