Summary

As introduced, establishes the pupil/teacher ratios for virtual schools, rather than allowing the state board of education to do so; authorizes virtual schools to exceed maximum class sizes by up to 30 percent; requires virtual schools to comply with the class size and caseload requirements for special education established by the state board of education. - Amends TCA Title 49.
