It is an editor's brief statement of the essential features of the measure as introduced. Directs State Board of Pharmacy to classify certain synthetic cannabinoid compounds as Schedule I controlled substances. Declares emergency, effective on passage. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to controlled substances; and declaring an emergency. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + The State Board of Pharmacy shall classify as a controlled substance in Schedule I the following substances, including their isomers, homologues, esters, ethers, salts and salts of isomers, esters and ethers, except when in the possession of a manufacturer or research facility registered with the federal Food and Drug Administration, or of a person for the purpose of sale to a manufacturer or research facility registered with the federal Food and Drug Administration: (1) CP 47,497 and homologues: 2- (1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl -5-(2-methyloctan-2-yl)phenol). (2) HU-210: (6aR,10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6,6-dimethyl-3-(2methyloctan-2-yl)-? 6a,7,10,10a-tetrahydrobenzo c chromen-1-o1) , also known as 6aR-trans-3-(1,1-dimethylheptyl)-6a,7,10,10a-tetrahydro-1-hydroxy? -6,6-dimethyl-6H-dibenzo b,d pyran-9-methanol. (3) JWH-018: 1-pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, also known as Naphthalen-1-yl-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanone. (4) JWH-073: 1-butyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, also known as Naphthalen-1-yl-(1-butylindol-3-yl)methanone. (5) JWH-200: 1- 2-(4-morpholinyl)ethyl -3-(1-naphthoyl)indole. (6) JWH-081: 1-pentyl-3-(4-methoxy-1-naphthoyl)indole, also known as 4-methoxynaphthalen-1-yl- (1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanone. (7) JWH-250: 1-pentyl-3-(2-methoxyphenylacetyl)indole, also known as 2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)ethanone.
