FARLEY -- read twice and ordered print- ed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Govern- ment IN ASSEMBLY -- Introduced by M. of A. BUTLER -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to authorize the continuance of the existence of the Hamilton county industrial development agency for an additional 10 years The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraph 2 of para- 2 graph (b) of subdivision 1 of section 856 of the general municipal law 3 or any other provision of law to the contrary, the Hamilton county 4 industrial development agency, created by section 926-r of the general 5 municipal law, shall continue in existence until July 21, 2026, and 6 shall not be dissolved and terminated prior to such date, regardless of 7 whether such industrial development agency has any outstanding bonds or 8 other obligations 10 years after coming into existence or thereafter. 9 § 2.
