       AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of  1993,  amending  the  public
         authorities  law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
         ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including  the  Gold
         Coast public library
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Subdivision 47 of section 5 of chapter 672 of the  laws  of
    2  1993,  amending  the public authorities law relating to the construction
    3  and financing of facilities for certain public libraries,  as  added  by
    4  chapter  345 of the laws of 2014, is renumbered subdivision 49 and a new
    5  subdivision 50 is added to read as follows:
    6    50. GOLD COAST PUBLIC LIBRARY
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
        EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
