       Introduced by M. of A. ABINANTI -- read once and referred to the Commit-
         tee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
       AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to pension costs
         of the Westchester County Health Care Corporation
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. The public authorities law  is  amended  by  adding  a  new
    2  section 3311-a to read as follows:
    3    S  3311-A.  DETERMINATION OF PENSION COSTS. REGARDLESS OF WHICH FISCAL
    4  YEAR THE STATE MAY BE IN, THE NEW YORK STATE COMPTROLLER SHALL CALCULATE
    5  THE PENSION COSTS OF THE CORPORATION BASED UPON THE EMPLOYMENT  DATA  OF
    6  THE  CORPORATION  FOR  THE SAME YEAR FOR WHICH MEDICAID COSTS ARE CALCU-
    7  LATED FOR PURPOSES OF MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT.
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
