Summary

To keep New York in compliance with the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110), which amended the Elementary and Secondary Educa- tion Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C.A S 6301, et. seq), by extending the effec- tiveness of the provisions of the Education Law enacted to comply with such federal law by one additional year.
