STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to recovery under uninsured motorist coverage.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Uninsured Motorist Coverage. Amend RSA 264:15 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. Any policy issued under the provisions of RSA 264:14, with respect to a vehicle registered or principally garaged in this state, shall entitle an insured to recover the full value of his or her damages, up to the limits of the uninsured motorist coverage purchased less only the amount of liability insurance actually available to the insured.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
