An Act To Amend Section 27-105-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Provision That Prohibits The State Treasurer From Investing Certain Excess General And Special Funds In United States Government Agency, United States Government Instrumentality Or United States Government Sponsored Enterprise Obligations In Excess Of 50% Of All Monies Invested With Maturities Of 30 Days Or Longer; And For Related Purposes.
