An Act To Amend Section 37-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Any Student Who Reaches The Age Of Six Before December 31 Of Any Calendar Year To Enroll In First Grade At The Start Of The School Year During Which He Attains The Age Of Six; And For Related Purposes.
