Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-7-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Contributions To Qualified Tuition Programs, As Defined In Section 529 Of The Internal Revenue Code That Are Established And Maintained By Another State Or An Agency Or Instrumentality Thereof For The Purpose Of Meeting The Qualified Higher Education Expenses Of Designated Beneficiaries, Are Deductable From Taxable Income; To Amend Section 27-7-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
