Summary

An Act To Require That All Residential Roofing Contractors Operating In This State Shall Possess A License From A Municipality Or County Of This State, A Certificate Of Responsibility From The State Board Of Public Contractors, Or Both; To Require That The Application For A License Or Certificate Of Responsibility Shall Include The Residential Roofing Contractor's Mississippi State Sales Tax Number; To Amend Section 27-65-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From The Definition Of "installation Charges" Charges For Labor Services In Connection With The Application Or Repair Of Residential Roofing; And For Related Purposes.
