An Act To Prohibit The Department Of Human Services From Permanently Disqualifying A Person From Receiving Benefits From The Temporary Assistance For Needy Families (tanf) Program Or The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (snap) Because The Person Has Been Convicted Of A Felony; To Amend Sections 43-12-37, 43-12-45, 43-17-5 And 97-19-71, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
