Summary

An Act To Amend Section 79-11-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Secretary Of State To Require All Forms, Statements, Reports, Certificates Or Other Documents Required To Be Renewed Or Otherwise Filed Annually Under The Secretary Of State's Authority To Regulate Charitable And Nonprofit Organizations To Be Filed By The Fifteenth Day Of The Fifth Month After The Organization's Accounting Period Ends; To Amend Section 79-11-504, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create Rules And Regulations That Require The Secretary Of State To Fix The Fifteenth Day Of The Fifth Month After The Organization's Accounting Period Ends As The Date To File, Renew Or Otherwise Remit All Forms, Statements, Reports, Certificates Or Other Documents Required To Be Filed, Renewed Or Otherwise Remitted Annually To The Secretary Of State Under Its Authority To Regulate Charitable And Nonprofit Organizations To Be Filed By; To Bring Forward Sections 79-11-503 And 79-11-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
