Requiring the State Board of Education, with the assistance of the Maryland Council on Economic Education, to develop curriculum content for a certain course in financial literacy; requiring each county board of education to require implementation of the curriculum in every public high school beginning in the 2026-2027 school year; requiring the completion of a certain financial literacy course to graduate from high school beginning in 2030; etc.
