    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning civil procedure.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 34-11-2-12; (13)SB0133.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 34-11-2-12 IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013]: Sec. 12. Every An action to enforce a judgment and or decree of any court of record of:
         (1) the United States;
         (2) of Indiana; or
         (3) of any other another state;
shall be considered satisfied after the expiration of must be commenced not later than twenty (20) years after the entry of the judgment or decree.
