Bill Title: Economic improvement districts. Provides that a petition to establish an economic improvement district (district) may be filed with the clerk (in the case of a municipality) or the county auditor (in the case of the county). Requires a person that intends to file a petition for the establishment of a district to first provide the clerk or county auditor with written notice of the person's intent before initiating the petition process.
