Summary

Authorizes the installation of an automated traffic control system in a construction or maintenance zone with a temporary maximum speed limit or a school speed zone. Provides: (1) for issuance of a citation for a violation of the maximum speed limit (violation) by an electronic traffic ticket; and (2) certain defenses to the issuance of a citation for a violation.
