Summary

State fair matters. Makes changes to the membership of and qualifications to serve on the state fair commission (commission) and state fair board (board). Prohibits appointed and elected members of the commission and board who represent certain districts from serving if an immediate family member is a member of the commission or board or employed by the commission. Specifies responsibilities for the commission and board concerning the state fair and the fairgrounds.
