2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Richard Chester "Rich" Adamczewski, | ||||||
4 | who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 76; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski was born on May 19, 1946 to the | ||||||
6 | late Josephine and Chester Adamczewski and eventually moved to | ||||||
7 | Forest Park; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski graduated from Lane Tech High | ||||||
9 | School, the University of Illinois Chicago, and the Illinois | ||||||
10 | Institute of Technology; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski was part of the Marine Corps | ||||||
12 | Reserve and worked on the Friends of the Oak Park Library Book | ||||||
13 | Fair; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski enjoyed playing handball and | ||||||
15 | volleyball, running, reading, and traveling and was an active | ||||||
16 | member of Ascension Catholic Church and Saint Bernardine | ||||||
17 | Church; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Rich Adamczewski is survived by his wife, Doris | ||||||
19 | Ann (Racansky); his children, Jonathan, Kristina, and Andrew; | ||||||
20 | and his sister, Alicia; therefore, be it

2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
3 | Richard Chester "Rich" Adamczewski and extend our sincere | ||||||
4 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
5 | him; and be it further
