| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1125, as follows:

| 3 | on page 1, line 5, after "4.22", by inserting "and by adding | ||||||
| 4 | Section 4.32"; and

| 5 | on page 1, below line 18, by inserting the following:

| 6 | "(5 ILCS 80/4.32 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 4.32. Act repealed on January 1, 2022. The following | ||||||
| 8 | Act is repealed on January 1, 2022: | ||||||
| 9 | The Water Well and Pump Installation Contractor's License | ||||||
| 10 | Act.

| 11 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
