Amends the State Parks Designation Act. Designates the Harry "Babe" Woodyard State Natural Area, in Vermilion County as a State natural area. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by
5adding Section 3.3 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 840/3.3 new)
7 Sec. 3.3. State natural areas. The following described
8areas are designated State Natural Areas and shall have the
9names ascribed to them in this Section:
10 Harry "Babe" Woodyard State Natural Area, in Vermilion
11County.
