1 | AN ACT concerning State government.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by | ||||||
5 | adding Section 3.3 as follows:

6 | (20 ILCS 840/3.3 new) | ||||||
7 | Sec. 3.3. State natural areas. The following described | ||||||
8 | areas are designated State Natural Areas and shall have the | ||||||
9 | names ascribed to them in this Section: | ||||||
10 | Harry "Babe" Woodyard State Natural Area, in Vermilion | ||||||
11 | County.
