Bill Title: Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. Provides that under certain conditions the Department of Public Health may renew the license of an assisted living or shared housing establishment for an additional 2 year period at the request of the licensee. Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Provides that following approval, the Department shall renew the license of a nursing home facility in accordance with specified provisions under the Act at the request of the licensee. Effective immediately.
